Spend a couple of relaxed hours with me at the calm oasis of Yoga ONE on Sunday 1st March, from 1.30-3.30pm and understand the power of putting images and words together to create a personal reference point of the things you’d love to focus on in your life.
Using magazines, words, paint, stamps and a selection of papers we will create a vision board which is totally personal to you.
We will spend some initial time reflecting on what we would like to focus on and then using lots of creative materials and techniques you will be able to created your own board.
All materials provided, including an A3 board but please feel free to bring your own frame and any specific images you are drawn to.
